Content Management
For us, content management means a channel stays filled over months instead of only around a campaign launch. That is why it begins with an editorial plan covering topics, formats and dates. Production happens in blocks. A well prepared shoot day delivers material for several weeks, which is then edited separately for each platform, at the right length and with the right opening.
None of it is fixed. We look at how the numbers respond, which openings hold, where viewers drop off and which topics get a reaction. That shapes the next round, sometimes only the length and the opening, sometimes the format itself. A plan that still looks the same after three months has not been reading the response. On request, publishing sits with us as well. We then manage dates and channels and report back on what has changed.
